Alan E. Leinbach, 65, of North Webster, IN passed away at 1:35 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at his home. He was born on October 6, 1947 in Goshen, IN to Maurice E. & Joyce C. (Yoder) Leinbach.
He graduated in 1965 from Millersburg High School in Millersburg, IN and in 1972 received his BA Degree from Eastern Mennonite College in Harrisonburg, VA. He also completed some post graduate studies at Eastern Mennonite Seminary & Grace Seminary.
He was married June 30, 1973 in Hagerstown, MD to Helen K. Eby who survives and moved to the North Webster area in November 1989 from Maryland. He retired in June 2013 from Grace College & Seminary in Winona Lake after 23 years of Service. He was also formerly part of the pastoral team at North Pointe Fellowship in Warsaw.
He attended Family Worship Center at the Lighthouse in Goshen. He formerly attended North Pointe Fellowship in Warsaw, formerly coached Upward Basketball at the North Webster United Methodist Church, and was a board member for Mennonite Disaster Services.

Brother – Dennis (Joyce) Leinbach of Uniondale, IN
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be from 2:00- 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at United Methodist Church, 7822 E. Epworth Forest Rd., North Webster, IN with pastor Steve Leinbach of the Believers Fellowship Church in Goshen officiating. Burial will follow at the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
