Allison J. (Allee) DeHart, 18, of Syracuse, IN died at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Goshen General Hospital in Goshen, IN of natural causes. She was born on September 28, 1990 in Knox, IN to Scott D. & Joan M. (Gregorowicz) DeHart.
She was a lifetime Syracuse area resident. She attended Wawasee High School and graduated in 2009. She formerly worked at Joe's Ice Cream Supreme in Syracuse and was a member of the Saint Martin De Porres Catholic Parish in Syracuse.
She is survived by:
Parents - Scott & Joan DeHart of Syracuse;
2 Brothers - Kyle & Ben DeHart of Syracuse;
Maternal Grandmother - Alice Gregorowicz of Syracuse;
Many aunts, uncles & cousins who loved her dearly.
Visitation will be from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 5, 2009 at the Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2009 in the St. Martin De Porres Catholic Parish, 6941 E. Waco Dr., Syracuse, IN with Father Richard Hire of the parish officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Milford, IN
Memorial bequest may be given to the American Lung Association, 115 W. Washington St, Suite 1180 S. Indianapolis, IN 46204. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home or church.
