Andrew "Andy" Bowser

Andrew M. “Andy” Bowser, 23, of North Webster, IN died at 3:20 a.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2010 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident near North Webster. He was born on November 25, 1986 in North Webster to Terry L. & Eva Jo (McKnight) Bowser.

He was a lifetime Syracuse / North Webster area resident and graduated in 2005 from Wawasee High School. He was employed at J.C. Manufacturing in North Webster for 3 years. He was formerly employed at Merchant Metal in New Paris.

He is survived by:

Father – Terry Bowser of Warsaw

Mother & Step Father – Eva Jo & John Blackburn of Syracuse

3 Sisters – Mrs. Jacob (Erica) Ponko of Hamilton, IL; Kathryn Bowser of Warsaw; Lindsey Bowser of Syracuse.

1 Brother – Joshua (wife, Stella) Bowser of Syracuse

1 Half Brother – Jason Bowser of San Francisco, CA

Maternal Grandfather – Joseph McKnight of Syracuse

Step Sister – Mary Jean Blackburn of Elkhart

Step Brother – John Adam Blackburn of Elkhart

Step Grandfather – John Blackburn of Syracuse

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 5:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at the funeral home with Pastor David Smitley of the North Webster United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at the North Webster Cemetery (Mock Addition).
