Barbara S. Gagen

Barbara S. (Oberlin) Gagen, 75, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 9:14 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at I.U. Goshen Hospital in Goshen, IN.  She was born in Peru, IN on November 14, 1938 to David & Doris (Shaw) Oberlin.

She attended Peru High School in Peru, IN and formerly worked in the maintenance department at N.I.A. in Nappanee, IN.  She moved to the Syracuse area in 1982 from Peru.

She is survived by:
3 Daughters – Lee Anna (Steve) Dixon of Cromwell, IN; Dana Michelle Wouster of New Mexico; Keely Marie (Tim) Fultz of Cromwell
1 Son – Charles John Lucas of Goshen
10 Grand, 3 Gt. Grandchildren
1 Brother – Charles Oberlin of Gurney, IL
Half Sister – Wanetta Roeder of DeLand, FL
2 Step Brothers- Tony Roeder of Cincinnati, OH and John Roeder of CA

She was preceded in death by her parents & son – Michael Joseph Wouster II

Graveside services will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday May 3, 2014 in the Milford Cemetery, CR 60, Milford, IN

Memorial bequest may be given to the donor’s choice. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
