Bennett Lloyd “Benny” Harrison, 50, of Fort Wayne, IN (formerly of Burket, IN) passed away at 8:08 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born on November 20, 1967 in Washington D.C to James Gilbert “Gil” & Odetta K. (Gault) Harrison.
He grew up in Burket / Warsaw area, graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School, and lived most of his life in the Fort Wayne area. He was married on June 4, 2004 to Kimberly “Kim” Fothergill who survives. He was a truck driver for USF Holland in Fort Wayne for several years and an assistant plumber with his father when he was younger.

Father – Gil (Janet) Harrison of Burket
Mother – Odetta Gass of Markle, IN
Step Sisters – Kathy (Kevin) Smith of Silver Lake
Step Brother – Brandon (Rhonda) Prater of Warsaw
He was preceded in death by his sister – Lena Dean & Step Father – Jim Gass.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Warsaw Family Worship Center, 1250 Husky Trail, Warsaw, IN with Pastor Bill Whitaker officiating. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw, IN is in charge of arrangements.
Preferred memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.
