Biography
Beverly A. Disher, 77, passed away Monday, April 20, 2015, at 8:10 AM in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Beverly was born September 6, 1937 in Columbia City, Indiana to Ralph and Laura (Shoemaker) Bills.
She became the wife of Eldon W. Disher on October 24, 1954. She lived most of her life in Warsaw. A homemaker, Beverly was a member of Warsaw Moose Lodge and belonged to a Euchre Club.
Survivors include her daughter: Susan Disher, Warsaw; 4 sons and daughters-in-law: Stephen and Debra Disher of Bourbon, Indiana; David and Karin Disher, Lafayette, Indiana; Glenn and Sandra Disher, Bourbon, Indiana; and Terry and Jennifer Disher of Nappanee, Indiana; daughter-in-law: Vanessa Disher, Bremen, Indiana; 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; and sister and brother-in-law: Sharon and Charles Kaltenbach of Warsaw.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband: Eldon W. Disher (March 19, 2004); daughter: Rita Disher; son: Michael Disher; grandson: Matthew Disher; and brother: Donald Bills.
Family and friends will gather for a time of sharing in support of each other Wednesday, April 22nd from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. A service celebrating the life of Beverly A. Disher will take place Thursday, April 23rd at 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Pastor Joe Lampton of the Etna Green United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will take place in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bourbon.
The family has asked that gifts in Beverly’s memory be directed to Riley Children’s Hospital, 30 S. Meridian Street – Suite 200, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204-3509.
