Billy F. "Fred" Rose

Billy F. “Fred” Rose, 59, of Warsaw, IN passed away at 9:10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Center for Hospice House in Elkhart, IN. He was born on May 2, 1959 in Mansfield, OH to Billy & Angelina (Rose) Rose.

He attended Mansfield Senior High School in Mansfield, OH and moved to Kosciusko County in 1979 from Mansfield. He was married on December 22, 1985 in South Whitley, IN to Braska K. Wallen who survives. He was formerly employed at Warsaw Chemical for 32 years and at Dalton Foundries in Warsaw.

He was drag racer at Bunker Hill Dragstrip & Osceola Dragway and an avid NASCAR fan.

He is survived by:

Wife – Braska Rose of Warsaw

Son – Billy Rose of Mansfield

3 Grandchildren – Dylan and Carlee Rose both of Warsaw & Alexea Rose of Elkhart, IN

Brother – Jerry (Vickie) Rose of Mansfield

2 Sisters – Ann (Clyde) Morris & Bonnie Oakley both of Mansfield

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother – Garry Rose.

No public services to be held at this time. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN.
