Bobby Ray Daniels, known to many as “Bob,” passed away at home in Rochester. Although he had recently been given a cancer diagnosis, his Friday morning passing was unexpected.
Born in Bald Knob, West Viriginia, he was the son of Marshall Daniels and Dorothy (Maynard) Daniels. He was previously employed as a forklift operator but was forced to retire as his eyesight deteriorated.
Though legally blind, Bob was the kind of person who enjoyed fixing things and tinkering. He enjoyed taking things apart to figure out how they worked and could easily put them back together. He was kind and big-hearted, willing to help anyone in need. He enjoyed Westerns and country music and is remembered for his giving nature.
For the past 17 years, Bob had shared his life with Lucinda Dawson – she survives in Rochester. Also surviving are three brothers Gary Daniels, Paul Daniels and Donald Daniels. He was preceded in passing by his parents; a brother and a sister.
Warsaw’s Titus Funeral Home is entrusted with Bobby’s care. To leave condolences please visit www.TitusFuneralHome.com
