Bradley Allen “Brad” Dye, 34, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 8:51 PM in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana as was the result of injuries he received in a traffic accident March 20th.
Brad was born January 24, 1982 to Daniel and Carolyn (Jordan) Dye. Brad attended Leesburg Elementary and Lighthouse Christian Academy.
A lifetime Warsaw resident, he was a corian countertop craftsman with Premier Concepts for the past 5 years.
Brad attended Dutchtown Brethren Church. He was very skilled using his hands and could fix anything. He enjoyed watching the history channel and was very interested in and educated about outer space. He was nicknamed ‘River Rat’ because of the time he spent on the Tippecanoe River near his home. Brad was a loving son and brother; but most of all Brad loved his boys and the time the three of them spent together – especially being in the woods, mushroom hunting and fishing.
Those left with broken hearts are his parents: Daniel and Carolyn Dye, brother and sister-in-law: Ryan and Jennica Dye – all of Warsaw and his precious boys: Bradley Allen Dye, Jr. and Bentley Wayne Dye. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Brad was preceded in passing by his grandparents: paternal grandfather: Herbert A. Dye, lll (November 16, 2008), Paternal grandmother: JoAnn Dye (June 30, 1982), Paternal step grandmother: Sandra S. Dye (May 1, 2015), maternal grandfather: Bobby N. Jordan (December 12, 1976) and maternal grandmother: Patty L. Shafer (February 4, 2013).
Friends may come to visit and support Brad’s family Friday evening March 25th from 5-8 PM in TITUS FUNERAL HOME, 2000 E. Sheridan Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. A service celebrating Brad’s life will take place Saturday, March 26th at 10 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Jack Worth of Dutchtown Brethren Church officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
