Brandon Michael Hurley, 21, passed away unexpectedly Friday, January 14, 2015 at 9:00 AM in his Warsaw, Indiana home.
Brandon, the son of Jesse Hurley and the late Melissa Sue (Prater) Cupp, was born August 9, 1993 in Champagne, Illinois. He was a 2009 graduate of Warsaw Community High School.
A lifetime Warsaw resident, Brandon was employed at the Detroit Street Pizza Hut. He enjoyed agriculture and electronics but foremost he loved his son, Connor Ray.
In addition to Connor Ray, Brandon is survived by his father, Jesse Hurley, 3 brothers and a sister-in-law: Joey and Brittany Hurley, Jeremy Hurley and Alex Hurley – all of Warsaw; maternal grandparents: Bonnie (Prater) and Roy Johnson, Warsaw; and John and Ruth Prater of Centerville, Missouri; 3 uncles (and aunts): Adam and Amber Prater, Burket, Indiana; Eric and Tina Prater of Centerville; and Johnathon and Claire Prater, Texas.
Brandon was preceded in death by his mother Melissa Sue Cupp on April 25, 2014, uncle: Joseph Prater on May 27, 2009, paternal grandparents: Gennelle and Esthel Hurley, maternal great grandparents: Willis, Sr. and Sylvia Hamilton; maternal great grandparents: John and Lucy Prater.
Family and friends will support each other as they share memories on Monday, January 19th from 6-8 PM at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
A graveside service will take place in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw at a later date.
The family has asked that gifts in Brandon’s memory be given to the Connor Ray Hurley Education Fund.
