Brian F. Bensing

Brian F. Bensing, 51, of North Webster, IN passed away at 9:07 a.m. on Monday, October 7, 2019 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, IN. He was born on October 15, 1967 in Fort Belvoir, VA to William F. & Linda K. (Miller) Bensing.

He graduated from Stevenson High School in Livonia, MI was currently employed as a marine mechanic at Pie Eyed Petey’s in Leesburg, IN and Bower’s Marine Repair in North Webster, IN. He lived most of his life in the North Webster area.  He loved to be outdoors and out on the lake, fishing and water skiing or taking the kids tubing. He was a lifelong Detroit Redwings fan.

He is survived by:

Life Companion – Michele Farkas of North Webster

Daughter – Sarah (Aaron) Baier of Leesburg

Stepchildren – Alex Garcia & Ali Garcia

Grandsons – Isaac & Adam Baier

Mother – Linda (Paul Cornez) Roberts of Warsaw

Cousins – Derik, Korey, Stacey, Carrie, & Sandi

He was preceded in death by his maternal & paternal grandparents, and cousin - Kaleb

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN 46555. Memorial services will follow at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday in the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Judy officiating.
