Bryan D. Saving, 50, passed away April 8, 2015 in his Fishers, Indiana home.
Born March 5, 1965 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to Donald F.W. and Karen (Winkler) Saving, Jr., he was a 1983 graduate of Whitko High School in South Whitley, Indiana.
MSG Bryan Donald Saving retired from the United States Air Force after 22 years of service to his country. He served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Bryan was a Supervisor of Security Support with the Department of Defense in Indianapolis, Indiana.
He loved his country and through his military career he became a world traveler. He was an Indianapolis Colts fan and enjoyed playing the guitar. Bryan loved his family – especially his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include 3 daughters: and a son-in-law: Sage Larson of North Beach, Maryland; Marielle (and Travis) Winkelman of Ledyard Center, Connecticut; and Alexis Suarez of Fishers; a son: Michael Saving of Fishers; 3 grandchildren: Taylor, Tianna and Trey; his mother: Karen Jefferson of Warsaw; 2 sisters: Bonnie (and Gail) Blaugh of Columbia City, Indiana; and Rhonda (and Scot Moody) Watson of Elkhart, Indiana.
Bryan was preceded in death by his father, Donald Saving and his step father, Edwin Jefferson.
Family and friends will gather in support of one another Tuesday, April 14th from 10 AM – 1 PM in Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, Indiana. A service celebrating Bryan’s life will follow beginning at 1 PM. Pastor David Mommens of St. John Lutheran Church, Columbia City, will officiate. Burial will take place in Hillcrest Cemetery in Pierceton, Indiana where military graveside honors will be conducted by Warsaw’s American Legion Post #49 and VFW Post #1126.
A fund is being set up for Bryan’s children. Contributions may be made for that purpose to Titus Funeral Home, PO Box 705, Warsaw, Indiana 46581-0705 with “Bryan Saving” noted on the memo line.
