Carleton B. “Carl” Sattison, 85, of Warsaw, IN (Barbee Lake) passed away at 5:23 p.m. on Sunday, January 01, 2012 at Grace Village Healthcare in Warsaw. He was born on May 19, 1926 in Freemont, IN to Milo & Neva (Crooks) Sattison.
He attended Dewy School in Freemont and he lived in Freemont and Archbold, OH areas until moving to the Barbee Lake in 1980. He was married April 12, 1981 in Warsaw, IN to Patricia J. “Pat” Cody who survives. He was formerly employed at American Feed and Farm in Nappanee, IN and Tusing Saw Mill as a Truck Driver / Mechanic for many years. He also was a Truck Driver for most of his life. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church of Oswego and attended the Men’s Coffee Group at the church.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, 2 Sisters Mary Lou & Sue Ann Sattison, 4 Brothers – Clayton “Jack”, William “Bill”, Clifton, and Lawrence “Jiggs” Sattison.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2012 at the Calvary Baptist Church of Oswego, 3065 E. Armstrong Rd., Leesburg, IN 46538. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. at the church with Pastor Kirk Barger, Pastor Greg Harden, and Pastor Mark Kelly officiating.
