Carol A. Price

Carol A. Price, 75, of Wakarusa, IN passed away at 12:44 a.m. on Saturday, April, 14, 2018 at Avalon Village Nursing Home in Ligonier, IN. She was born on October 5, 1942 in Goshen, IN to James R. & Georgia E. (Elliot) Price.

She grew up in South Bend, attended Central High School in South Bend, and lived most of her life in Wakarusa, IN before moving to the Ligonier area in 2017. She retired in 2005 from Johnson Controls in Goshen as a machinist after 32 years.

She formerly attended the Holy Family Catholic Church in South Bend.

She is survived by:

Son – Matthew (Patricia) Price of Syracuse

3 Grandchildren

3 Sisters – Jean Keller of Monterey, Joan Smith of Bloomington, and Corrine Czech of Plymouth

Brother – James (Karen) Price of Columbia City

She was preceded in death by her parents & sister – Sharon Price.

Visitation will be from 4:00 -7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00 p.m. of Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Stan Owen of the Syracuse Church of God officiating. Graveside services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Union Township Cemetery in Coesse, IN.
