Carol J. Luzbetak, 70, of Cromwell, IN passed away at 1:30 P.M. on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at her home. She was born on August 14, 1945 in Joliet, IL to Erwin J. & Betty Jean (Rechkemer) Yunker.
She attended high school in Lockport, IL and was married on October 25, 1985 in Monee, IL to Robert S. “Bob” Luzbetak who survives. She retired from Washington Jr. High School in Joliet, IL as a cafeteria cook after 18 years and moved to the Cromwell / North Webster area 11 years ago from Illinois.
She formerly attended the St. John’s United Church of Christ in Mokena, IL.
She is survived by:

4 Daughters – Jacquelyn (Michael) Paulsen of New Lennox, IL, Frances White of Cromwell, IN, Kristine (Patrick) Tanner of Bringhurt, IN, Jody (Joe) Kaminski of Orlando, FL
2 Step-sons – Robert & John Luzbetak both of Joliet, IL
10 Grand & 10 Gt. Grandchildren
2 Sisters – Barbara Kastman of Findley, IL & Nancy Yunker of Matteson, IL
Brother - James (Kathy) Yunker of Monee, IL
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday in the funeral home. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN.
Preferred memorials may be given to Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, 5910 Homestead Road, Ft. Wayne, IN 46814. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
