Carolyn Ritchison (Troxel)

Carolyn K. Ritchison passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 4:03 p.m. while surrounded by her family in her Warsaw, IN home. She was 76.
Carolyn was born September 16, 1940 in Plymouth, IN to James O. and Henrette G. (Wagner) Troxel. She was a 1958 graduate of Bourbon High School. She lived her life in the Warsaw/Plymouth areas.
After 31 years of employment as secretary for Warsaw Trucking she would retire and then continue in the work force for another 18 years with Goodwill Industries. Carolyn belonged to the Warsaw Moose Lodge.
Survivors include her son: Tad Ritchison of Murfreesboro, TN; daughter-in-law: Lesa Ritchison, Warsaw; 5 grandchildren: Lauren Ritchison, Murfreesboro; Riley Ritchison, Warsaw; Cody Ritchison of Fort Bragg, NC; Madison Ritchison and Jared Ritchison of Shelbyville, IN; great granddaughter: Brilee Ritchison, Warsaw; sister: Julaine Craig of Converse, IN; and brother: Richard Troxel of Bremen, IN.
Loved ones who have passed before Carolyn are son: Tod Ritchison on April 25, 2008; sister: Helen L. Finger, November 12, 2008; 5 brothers: Merlin Troxel, December 23, 2008; James Troxel, December 9, 2006; Donald Troxel, January 7, 1974; Lamar Troxel and Robert Troxel.
Friends will gather Tuesday, June 27th from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan Street, Warsaw. A service celebrating Carolyn’s life will begin at 1:00 in the funeral home with Pastor David Hummel officiating. Burial will take place in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
The family has asked that gifts in Carolyn’s memory be directed to K-21 Health Foundation – Cancer Care Fund, PO Box 1810, Warsaw, IN 46581-1810.
