Chad Ousley

July 16, 1972 — April 9, 2025

Pierceton

Chad Lincoln Ousley, lifelong resident of Pierceton, passed away unexpectedly in his residence on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at the age of 52. Born on July 16, 1972, in Warsaw, he was the son of Gordon and Loretta Ousley. Chad touched the lives of many through his unwavering faith, hard work, and dedication to family and friends.

Chad attended Whitko High School before starting his career at Dutchmen RV, where he worked for 20 years. He was known not only for his professional dedication but also for his exceptional character—being described as a great man and friend who radiated warmth and positivity.

Chad maintained a love for sports throughout his life, particularly enjoying football and basketball. He was his kids coach when they played during their school years. He was an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts, Notre Dame, and the University of Kentucky. His passion extended beyond sports; he shared a deep love for motorcycles and enjoyed spending quality time with his children and grandchildren.

Chad was a Pierceton boy through and through. He was also a very hardworking, smart individual, that always had a solution for any problem, big or small. He was a man with a gracious heart that would do anything for anyone that he cared about. He truly tried to see the very best in everyone he came across throughout his years. Chad was absolutely adored by his children Kyle and Tiffany, all of his grandchildren loved him so much, and he loved them all so much more than they probably ever could realize. He will be missed by family and many friends, but his son and daughter will definitely be missing him the most. Chad was always the one that had the best advice and he was just someone that was always there for them to lean on. May his beautiful young soul live on in all of us forever. God bless "Ol' Chadburry Lincoln."

He is survived by his son, Kyle Ousley, and his daughter, Tiffany Ousley. His legacy lives on through his beloved grandchildren: Emma McDonald, Wyatt Ousley, Haze Harris, and Mackenzie Ousley. Chad is also remembered by his siblings, Mary Ann Ousley, Gary Ousley, and Michelle Ousley, along with five nieces and nephews, and many extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon Ousley and Loretta Ward (Hunter), as well as his granddaughter, Braelynn Ousley, who will welcome him with open arms.
