Charles "Chuck" Earl Morrison, born on September 25, 1939, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 25 2024 at Miller's Merry Manor of Warsaw. Chuck was born to Wilber and Virginia (Randall) Morrison on September 25, 1939. Chuck was a proud member of his community and a dedicated family man, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and caring for those he loved.

For 27 years, he owned and operated Chuck's Towing, where his commitment to service and dedication to his craft were evident to all who knew him. He also worked as a delivery driver at Clunette Elevator.

Chuck was known for his stern demeanor, yet those closest to him recognized his compassion he held for his family. He had a strong sense of community, often engaging in activities that brought people together. One of his proudest accomplishments was his long-standing membership as a charter member of the Sons of The American Legion Post 49, where he contributed for 33 years. His involvement included helping with the honor guard and working bingo nights.

In his personal time, Chuck enjoyed watching classic television shows like Gunsmoke and old westerns, simple pleasures that brought him joy and comfort.

Chuck is survived by his loving children: Betty (Tom) Brainard of North Manchester, Ernie Morrison of Warsaw, Marie Slaybaugh of Roann, and Mark (Debbie) Morrison of Warsaw. Along with 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren who will forever hold onto their memories of their grandpa.

He was preceded in death by his first two wives, Jo Ann Morrison and Irma Smith. 

Chuck will be buried at Hillcrest Cemetery on November 6, 2024. Arrangements were entrusted to Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, IN.
