Cynthia P. Collins, of Claypool, passed unexpectedly in her home on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at the age of 69. She was born in Front Royal, Virginia, on December 30, 1954, to her parents Edison and Jinx Marrow. Cindy's warmth and outgoing personality touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
In 1972, Cindy graduated from high school in Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands before going on to attend college at Grace College. Those close to Cindy will always remember her love for animals, particularly dogs and cats, as well as her artistic talents showcased through her creations of art and jewelry. Her spirit of acceptance and friendliness made her home a gathering place for all.
Those who survive with broken hearts include her beloved husband Glen Collins, daughter, Lucina Collins, her brothers, Stan (Tina) Marrow and Chris (Betsy) Marrow; sister, Jan Diaz; and nieces, Alex and Jessica Marrow. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Manuel Diaz.
