Clinton A. Carden, known as Clint, was a hardworking individual who never knew a stranger. He was born on September 19, 1966, in Gibson City, IL, to Clifford and Nancy (Welch) Carden and passed away on April 10, 2024, in Fort Wayne, IN.
Clint spent a significant part of his career in Car Sales, where his friendly nature and warm personality endeared him to many. Described as kind and always smiling, he brought joy to those around him.
Aside from his successful career in sales, Clint was also an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army. His service instilled in him a sense of patriotism that he carried with pride throughout his life. In his leisure time, Clint enjoyed trips to Florida and cherished moments spent with his grandchildren. An avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he found great joy in supporting his favorite team.
Clinton A. Carden is survived by five children: Alisha Carden of North Webster, Erica Carden of Gibson City, Meghan Carden of Covington, IL, Logan Carden of Covington, IL, and Lilly Carden Syracuse. He also leaves behind seven beloved grandchildren: Ryder, Jaylee, Justin, Ensley, Cora, Jamie & Maverick. Additionally, he is fondly remembered by four bonus daughters: Chelsea, Macy Madilyn and Mylee and by a sister, Marti DeWitt
He was preceded in passing by brothers, Jeffrey and Clifford Carden; sisters, Michelle and Carla Carden by his parents, Clifford and Nancy Carden.
