Biography Colleen J. Sisk, 64, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 3:50 PM in her Warsaw, Indiana home.
She was born August 31, 1950 in Warsaw to Donald L. and Dorotha B. (Fowerbaugh) Miller. Colleen was a 1968 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from IPFW.
She lived in Warsaw most of her life and was, at the time of her death, employed by Kohl’s (Warsaw) in their customer service department. Years prior she had worked for Kimble Glass.
She leaves a son and daughter-in-law of Avon, Indiana: Nathan and Kathleen Sisk and their children Tyler and Myles; daughter and son-in-law of Zephyrhills, Florida: Malenda and Derek Matts and their son, Owen; and brother and sister-in-law: Merrill and Carole Miller of Pleasant Plain, Ohio.
Colleen was preceded in death by her parents: Donald L. Miller (November 30, 1996) and Dorotha B. Miller (May 7, 2014); and a brother: Conrad L. Miller (December of 2007).
A memorial service celebrating Colleen’s life will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
The family has asked that gifts in Colleen’s memory be given to a charity of choice or simple acts of kindness may be done for others in her memory.
