Corrina Diane Gaff, 39, of Haines City, FL (formerly of Syracuse, IN) passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 as the result of a house fire in Haines City. She was born on February 23, 1976 in Wabash County, IN to Carl D. & Barbara J. (Gamsby) Porter.
She attended Wawasee High School in Syracuse, IN and lived most of her life in the Wabash & Kosciusko County area’s before moving to Florida 7 months ago.
She is survived by:
2 Daughters - Ashley Porter & Keisha Gaff both of Syracuse
4 Sons – John Wood & Gage Wood both of Rochester, John Murdock Jr. of New Paris, & Tyler Coday of Culver
3 Grandchildren
2 Sisters – Melissa (Bert Mickem) Staton of Syracuse & Angela Brubaker of North Manchester
2 Brothers – Carl “David” (Tosha Maran) Porter Jr. of Syracuse & Gary (Tammy Hill) Hapner II of Syracuse
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2015 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN.
