Cynthia Kreider (Setser)

Cynthia Ann Kreider, known to most as Cindy, passed away quietly at home on Sunday, August 29, 2021. She was 59 years old.

The daughter of the late Darvin Setser and Phyllis (Mahoney) Rider, who survives, Cindy was born in Warsaw and spent most of her life in Kosciusko County. She was a 1981 graduate of Whitko High School and spent many years working for Syracuse Rubber(Parker-Hannifin).

She enjoyed cross-stitch and fishing. She loved animals, especially horses and dogs. She was never afraid to speak her mind and stand up for what was right. She was also very friendly and had a good sense of humor.

Those who survive with memories to cherish include her mother, Phyllis Rider; sister, Cheryl Patrick and a special niece, Kristi Keene. Also surviving are Kristi’s two children who Cindy loved dearly: Kilynn and Corbin Keene. She was preceded in passing by her father, Darvin; husband, Mike Kreider and nephew, Jeremiah Setser.

The family is grieving privately; no services will be held. Warsaw’s Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services is entrusted with arrangements. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
