Daniel Katzer

Daniel Roman Katzer, 23, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Barbee Lake, Warsaw, Indiana.
Daniel was born October 17, 1990 in Warsaw to Mark and Patricia (Seaman) Katzer. He was a 2009 graduate of Wawasee High School in Syracuse, Indiana.
A lifetime Kosciusko County resident he was a concrete finisher for Pioneer Masonry.
Daniel enjoyed outdoor activities including BMX riding, snow boarding, hunting and fishing. He had a huge sense of humor and was just fun to be around. Daniel enjoyed spending time with his family. He was looking forward to building up his skill levels while working in the family business (Pioneer Masonry) with his dad and brothers. His faith base was with Living Faith Fellowship.
Daniel will be terribly missed by many friends but those who will miss him most are his family. They include: 5 brothers and 2 sisters-in-law: Jeff and Cheryl Katzer of Milford, Indiana; Joel and Kelley Katzer, Warsaw; David Katzer, Nathan Katzer and Michael Katzer - all of Milford; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law: Grace and Andrew Suranyi, Milford and Moriah and Nathan West of Elkhart, Indiana; 10 nieces and nephews; paternal grandparents: Roman and Joy Katzer of Eagle River, Wisconsin; as well as several aunts and uncles and 22 cousins.
Daniel was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: Paul Seaman (December 14, 2012) and maternal grandmother: Sylvia Seaman (January 21, 2013).
A graveside service will take place Thursday, March 20th at 2 PM in Syracuse Cemetery. Lead Pastor Ben Stoffel of Living Faith Fellowship will officiate.
The family has asked that gifts in Daniel's memory be given to Living Faith Fellowship, 2601 Benham Avenue, Elkhart, Indiana 46517.
