David J. Keiling, 74, of Bourbon, IN passed away at 9:50 a.m. on Friday, January 15, 2021 at his home. He was born on July 5, 1946 in Weston, WV to Walter & Gertrude (Robertson) Keiling Sr.
He was a United States army veteran and was married on November 19, 1976 to Roxanna Ellsworth who survives. He grew up in West Virginia and lived in Elkhart & Syracuse most of his life except for a brief time in Edwardsburg, MI before moving to Bourbon in 2010. He was a tool & die maker, roofer, carpenter.
He attended the Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed fishing, watching golf, and attending church.
He is survived by:
Wife – Roxanna Keiling of Milford
Daughter – Penny Westfall of Elkhart
2 Sons – David Keiling of Edwardsburg, MI & Timothy Keiling of Cassopolis, MI
5 Grand & 2 Gt. Grandchildren
Sister – Mary Caton of Middlebury
He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers – Roger Keiling & Walter Keiling, Jr.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. No services are planned. Private family burial will take place in West Virginia.
Preferred memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.
