David Lee Goddard

David Lee “Dave” Goddard, 49, of Syracuse, IN passed away unexpectedly at 11:07 a.m. on Monday, March 2, 2015 in Hilbert, Wisconsin.  He was born on November 24, 1965 in Mishawaka, IN to James A. “Jim” & Margaret J. “Maggie” (Burns) Goddard.

He was a lifetime area resident and attended Wawasee High School in Syracuse. He was employed at Safe - Haul, Inc. in Middlebury, IN and formerly with Hoosier Transit Inc. in Nappanee for 6 years.

He is survived by:
Daughter – Jill Goddard of Michigan
Son – Jeff (Megan) Goddard of Milford
3 Grandchildren – Bradlee, Chasee, & Annlynn
Father – Jim Goddard
Companion – Jody Baker of Pierceton

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2015 Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN.. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the funeral home with Pastor Greg Harden of the Calvary Baptist Church in Oswego officiating. Private family burial will take place in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
