Dawn M. Williams, of Warsaw, passed away with her daughter and granddaughter by her side at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. She was 70 years.
She was born on October 7th, 1952, in Ohio to her parents Orville and Gloria Eddington (Flick). She graduated from Elston High School. On January 29, 1972, she married John Williams in Marshall County, Indiana. The two moved to the Mentone area and spent many years there. They were also members of Mentone United Methodist Church. Professionally, Dawn worked as an administrative assistant for Zimmer Biomet until retiring in 2014.
Family was most important to Dawn. She enjoyed time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She always had a warm smile on her face whenever she was with the people she loved. Dawn also was an excellent seamstress.
Dawn is survived by her husband of many years, John Williams. Together, they shared countless, joyful memories that will forever be cherished. She is also survived by their daughter Nicole Heckaman and husband Eric of Warsaw, as well as their three grandchildren, Abby Heckaman, Drew Heckaman, and Adrian Heckaman of Warsaw. Dawn is also survived by her brothers, Scott Eddington of Utah and Rod Eddington and wife, Polly of Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her parents.
