Deborah (Deb) Trowbridge

Deborah K. (Deb) Trowbridge, 56, of Syracuse died at 4:29 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at her home. She was born on September 26, 1952 in Marion, IN to Haskel D. & Bette (Vernon) Clements.

She graduated in 1970 from Huntington North High School and graduated with her LPN Degree from Fort Wayne Community Schools Adult Education Program and also attended St. Francis College in Fort Wayne. She was married on October 18, 1975 in Fort Wayne, IN to Gary W. Trowbridge who survives.

She was a homemaker and was formerly employed as a nurse for Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne for several years. She moved to Syracuse area in 1998 from Topeka, Kansas. She was an active member of the Dewart Lake Association & was former president of the Lendonway Terrace Association.

She is survived by:

2 Daughters - Nicole Trowbridge of Ravensdale, WA & Mrs. Devin (Andrea) Waya of North Platte, NE
Daughter of the Heart - Viveca Lane of St. Louis, MO
1 Granddaughter - Meshka Waya
1 Sister - Mrs. Robert (Linda) Bonewitz of Andrews, IN
Several nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister - Deana Clements

Visitation will be from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 29, 2009 at the funeral home with Rev. Larry Rice of the New Salem Church of the Brethren officiating. Burial will follow in the Syracuse Cemetery.
