Debra L. Lowrey-Sutton, 66, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 4:44 p.m. on Monday, August 19, 2019 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on March 19, 1953 in Riverside, CA to Robert Lewis Lowrey and Joycelyn Joan (Durkee) Lowrey.

She grew up in Riverside, California and graduated from high school there. She was married on December 24, 2001 in Peru, IN to Donald Scott “Don” Sutton who preceded her on September 21, 2002. She formerly worked at Kinder Vision in Peru, IN for 15 years and moved to the Syracuse area 16 years ago from Peru.

She is survived by: Companion – Randy Peterson of Syracuse.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. No services are planned at this time. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN is in charge of arrangements.
