Dennis L. "Den" Applegate, 49, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013 at 11:52 AM in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Den, a lifetime Warsaw, Indiana resident was born March 7, 1964 and was a graduate of Warsaw Community High School.
He had been employed in management by NIA in Nappanee, Indiana. He was a member of Warsaw Community Church, Warsaw and was a volunteer worker for Kosciusko County Senior Services. He loved his dog, Lucy, and his cat, Ariel.
Den is survived by his parents: Marie and Lloyd Applegate, half sister: Ilah Applegate and half brother and sister-in-law: Richard "Rich" and Veronica Applegate - all of Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
At Den's request, there will be no visitation or services. Gifts in his memory may be directed to Kosciusko County Humane Society, PO Box 1906, Warsaw, Indiana 46581-1906.
