Dennis Allen Brown, 66, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 9:36 p.m. in his Claypool, Indiana home.
Born October 22, 1950 in Wolf Lake, Indiana, he was the son of William Henry and Ilah (McCullough) Brown.
He served in the United States Army.
He had spent much of his life in Whitley County.
Dennis was the kind of person who wasn’t afraid to help others in need. He enjoyed working on cars, go-carts and small engines and especially doing so with his son and step sons. He loved his children and grandchildren as well as his step children and step grandchildren.
He is survived by his fiancée: Merry Thomas of Claypool; 2 daughters: Karri Brown and Tara Boyer – both of Spartanburg, South Carolina; granddaughter: Madison Brown, Spartanburg, grandson: Chase Brown, Albion, Indiana; step daughter: Amber (and Charles) See, Claypool; 2 step sons: Jasper Thomas and River Thomas – both of Claypool; 4 step grandchildren: Zander See, Averie See, Alivia See, and Akayda See; 1 brother and 2 sisters.
Preceding Dennis in death is his son: Robert Brown; his parents Henry and Ilah Brown.
A time of sharing will take place Saturday, April 1st from 2-5 PM, Titus Funeral Home.
