Donna D. Harman, 74, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013 at 5:10 PM in Wabash County Hospital, Wabash, Indiana.
Donna, daughter of Clarence and Mildred (Rickel) Hartman, was born February 20, 1939 in Warsaw, Indiana.
Formerly of Warsaw, she Moved to Wabash 11 years ago. Donna's simple joys in life were people, music, animals, family and her group home family and friends in Wabash.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law: Jo Ellen and Robert Campbell of Sarasota, Florida; 2 nephews: Dan and Libby Campbell along with their sons: Collin and Connor - all of Orlando, Florida; and Dr. David and Jill Campbell and their children: MacKenzie, Erin and Luke - all of Sarasota, Florida; 6 cousins: Francis (and Jack) Rickel of Mentone, Indiana; Mary Beth Hollingsworth, Bloomington, Indiana; Charles Hartman of Warsaw; John Hartman, Bloomington; Ronald Norman; Warsaw and Jerry Kay, Warsaw.
Donna's father, Clarence Harman preceded her in death on October 4, 1986 and her mother, Mildred Harman, on November 6, 1991.
Family and friends will gather for a time of sharing in support of each other Thursday, November 21st from 10:30 - 11:00 AM at Christian Heritage Church, 6776 River Road, Wabash, Indiana. A service celebrating the life of Donna D. Hartman will follow in the church beginning at 11:00. Rev. Tim Prater of the church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
The family has asked that gifts in Donna's memory be given to a charity of choice or simple acts of kindness may be done for others in Donna's memory.
