Dorene L. Kuhn

Dorene L. Kuhn, 61, of Cromwell, IN passed away at 7:17 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at Parkview Whitley Hospital in Columbia City, IN. She was born on November 13, 1955 in Wabash, IN to Joann (Miller) Johnson.

She graduated in 1974 from Wabash High School and attended Ancilla College in Donaldson, IN & nursing school in Kokomo, IN. She moved to the North Webster / Cromwell area in 1980 from Wabash and was married on September 6, 1980 in Wabash, IN to Danny D. “Dan” Kuhn who survives. She was employed at Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice as an L.P.N. for 10 years, and formerly worked at Miller’s Merry Manor for 32 years in Warsaw, Wabash, and Syracuse.

She was a member of the Broadway Christian Chapel in Kimmel.

She is survived by:

Husband – Dan Kuhn of Cromwell

Daughter - Danielle (Jeremy) Kerr of Coldwater MI

3 Sons – John (Marianna) Kuhn of Temecula, CA, Daniel (Jennifer) Kuhn of Helmer, IN, and Andrew (Sarah) Kuhn of Cromwell

5 Grand & 9 Step Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday in the funeral home with Pastor Sam Erwin officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. Private family burial will take place in the Thorn Cemetery at a later date.
