Doris Diann Marshall, 64, of (Hoy’s Landing) Syracuse, IN passed away at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at her home. She was born March 1, 1946 in Lafayette, IN to Russell Eroy & Hulda Jane (Latta) Sigman.
She graduated in 1964 from Twin Lakes High School in Monticello, IN and was married on June 19, 1965 in Yeoman, IN to Larry Marshall who survives. She lived most of her life in Monticello and moved to Syracuse / North Webster area in 1987 from Reynolds, IN. She was formerly employed at Group Dekko in North Webster for 20 years and was a former member of Yeoman United Methodist Church.
She is survived by:
Husband – Larry Marshall of Syracuse
1 Daughter – Mrs. Steve (Teresa) Weaver of Ligonier
2 Sons – Brian (wife, Nancy) Marshall of Milford & Troy Marshall of Mishawaka
12 Grand & 2 Gt. Grandchildren
Sister – Mrs. Richard (Alice Joy) Brown of Flora, IN
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother – Russell “Dale” Sigman.
Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & C.R. 500N, North Webster, IN. Funeral Service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 1, 2010 at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Brown of the God’s Highway to Heaven Church in Warsaw officiating. Burial will follow at the North Webster Cemetery (Mock Addition).
