Douglas D. “Doug” Schuler, 61, of North Webster, IN passed away at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at his home. He was born on February 20, 1959 in Battle Creek, MI to Leon & Elaine (Etchison) Schuler.
He graduated from Plymouth High School and has lived in the Leesburg / North Webster area for the past 29 years. He worked most of his life in the construction field and was formerly employed at Rinker Boat Company in Syracuse.
He is survived by:
2 Daughters – Angela (Matthew) Kline of Elkhart & Crystal (Ryan Head) Schuler of Warsaw
Son – Steven (Bethany) Schuler of Cincinnati, OH
9 Grandchildren

3 Step Sisters – Leora (Bill) Maynard of Atlanta, GA, Brenda (Mike) Getling of Lake Village, IN, and Naomi (Mike) Irvine of Whiting, IN
He was preceded in death by his father, twin daughters – Susan & Sara Schuler, son – Scott Schuler, brother – Shawn Schuler, step father – Marvin Ansbro, step mother - Bunny Schuler, and step brother – Craig Ansbro.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Memorial services will follow at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the funeral home.
Preferred memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.
