Mrs. Eleanor Anne Babcock, age 78, of North Webster, passed away Monday evening, January 20, 2025 at her residence. She was born January 4, 1947, in Kansas City, MO, a daughter of the late Leo and Marie Hentges. ‍

She was a member of Saint Matin De Porres Church in Syracuse and a homemaker. As a young adult she was an avid bowler. She was inducted into the Goshen Women’s Hall of Fame. She enjoyed her many collections, black and white movies and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was loved by many and always had a smile for everyone. 

Anne is survived by her husband of 57 years, Michael Babcock; two daughters, Kimberly Jones and Tricia Harvat; three grandchildren, Carter Jones, Morgan Jones and Thomas J. Harvat; one sister, Marilyn Hodes. Anne was preceded in death by her parents Leo and Marie Hentges.

The family will be having a Celebration of Life on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at the North Webster American Legion Post 253, 756 S Main St, North Webster, IN 46555, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
