Eleanor Miller, 55, of Warsaw, Indiana passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 at 1:10 PM in Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Born on October 24, 1959 in Paintsville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of George and Stella (Fitzpatrick) Bentley. She was a 1978 graduate of Warsaw Community High School.
On February 18, 1982, Eleanor and John H. Miller were married in Warsaw.
A homemaker, living most of her life in Warsaw, Eleanor enjoyed time with her grandchildren, cooking and loved reading the Bible.
With heavy hearts those who are left behind are her daughter: Sheila Miller of Nappanee, Indiana; grandson: Jeremiah Ward and granddaughter: Trinity Blanton – both at home; brother: Carl Bentley of Atwood, Indiana; sister: Jennifer Bentley, Warsaw; and her mother: Stella Bentley, Warsaw.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Miller (1989); and her father: George Bentley (December 26, 2003).
On Wednesday, June 17th from 4-7 at Titus Funeral Home, family and friends will come together supporting each other with the sharing of memories.
A celebration of the life of Eleanor Miller will take place Thursday afternoon beginning at 1 PM at the funeral home. Pastor Jim Baughman of Pierceton Bethel Baptist Church will officiate.
Burial will follow in Hepton- Union Cemetery in Nappanee.
The family has asked that gifts in Eleanor’s memory be directed to Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, PO Box 1906, Warsaw, Indiana 46581-1906.
