Eula Mae Welch, 62, of Warsaw, IN passed away at 6:20 p.m. on Friday, June 25, 2010 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw. She was born on June 28, 1947 in Knoxville, TN to Dennis & Eulagean (Southerland) Welch.
She grew up in Henry County, IN and lived in Fort Wayne for several years before moving to Warsaw in 1972. She worked for Cardinal Center in Warsaw, and enjoyed volunteering in the soup kitchen at the First United Methodist Church in Warsaw. She was a member of the Morning Star Foursquare Church in Warsaw.
She is survived by;
Guardian – Mrs. Morris (Jean) Stewart of Syracuse;
Companion Friend – Tim Hunt of Warsaw;
5 Sisters – Mrs. Larry (Mary) Vitatoe of New Castle; Mrs. Gary (Nancy) Doyle of Anderson; Mrs. Chris (Rebecca) Bennett of Kokomo; Teresa Boling of New Castle; & Mrs. Melvin (Alesia) Watson of New Castle;
4 Brothers - Kyle Barber of Anderson; Mike (wife, Brenda) Wilson of New Castle; Gary Welch of Richmond; & Bill Graham of New Castle.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church, 179 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, IN. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to services at the church on Tuesday. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN is in charge of all arrangements.
