Evalee Hale, 65, of Pierceton, IN passed away at 1:47 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, IN. She was born on July 23, 1949 in Salyersville, KY to James & Arizona (Howard) Mullins.

She has been a resident of the Pierceton / Larwill area since the mid 1960’s and graduated
in 1969 from Larwill High School. On March 31, 1970 in Pierceton, IN she married Basel Hale who survives. She was formerly employed at Brian’s in North Manchester, Senior Specialty Products in North Manchester, Whitley Products in Pierceton, Magnavox in Columbia City, Ultra Electronics - USSI in Columbia City, & ITT in Fort Wayne.

She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church in Pierceton.

She was survived by:
Husband – Basel Hale of Pierceton
2 Sons – Basel Junior (Michele) Hale of Ozark City, MO & Forest James Hale of Pierceton
8 Grandchildren - Kegan, Kameron, Aiden, Andrew, Kayla, Ashley, Samantha, & Sarah Hale
3 Sisters – Eleanor Francis of Columbia City; Ella Bradley of Topeka; & Geraldine (Paul) Conley of Sidney
Brother - Larry (Deb) Mullins of Nappanee

She was preceded by her parents, son – Roger Lee Hale and brother – Roscoe Mullins.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Free United Baptist Church, 7035 S State Road 13, Pierceton. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the church with Pastor Alvin “Hoss” Allen officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Pierceton.

Memorial bequest may be given to Evalee Hale Funeral Fund, c/o Owen Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 72, North Webster, IN 46555. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home and church.
