Francis R. "Frank" Chamberlin

Francis Raymond “Frank” Chamberlin, 82, of Warsaw, IN passed away 12:03 a.m. on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, IN.
He was born on January 28, 1932 in Mishawaka, IN to Charles Leonard & Rosalie D. (Huemmer) Chamberlin.

He graduated in 1950 from Central Catholic High School in South Bend and was a United States Army veteran serving during the Korean War. On November 18, 1958 in Mishawaka he was married to Nina Sue Mathias who preceded him in death on September 21, 2009. He retired from John Hancock Insurance in Mishawaka in 1992 after 22 years as an agent, manager, and supervisor. He moved to Warsaw in 1998 from the Mishawaka/ South Bend area where he had lived most of his life.

He was a former member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mishawaka.

He is survived by:
Son – Tracey M. Chamberlin of Fort Wayne
2 Sisters - Mary Velleman of Mishawaka & Dorothy Dosmann of Granger
2 Brothers – Paul (Barbara) Chamberlin of West Salem, OH & Joseph (Betty) Chamberlin of Mishawaka

He was preceded by his parents, wife, and 5 brothers – William, Charles, Robert, John and Kenneth Chamberlin.

Visitation will be 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & C.R. 500N, North Webster, IN.

Memorial bequest may be given to Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice, Inc., P. O. Box 1196, Warsaw, IN 46581-1196. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
