Gregory S. “Greg” Wiggs, 65, of North Webster, IN passed away at 9:55 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2016 at his home. He was born on August 30, 1950 in Frankton, IN to Billy J. & Mary B. “Berniece” Wiggs.

He graduated from Frankton High School and attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN & Fresno College in Fresno, CA. He grew up in Frankton and moved to the North Webster area after summering there for many years in 1986 from California. He was a farmer & self-employed general contractor for many years and formerly worked at Venture Vans in Syracuse.

He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 253 in North Webster and volunteer for the Peace Corp.

He is survived by:

3 Sons – Mark Wiggs, Chris Wiggs, & Joe Wiggs all of North Webster

3 Grandchildren

Mother – Berniece Wiggs of North Webster

2 Sisters – Becky (Phil) Baker of Rylander, VT & Bobi (Pat) Wiggs of Spokane, WA

He was preceded in death by his father & brother – Mark Wiggs.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko Coutny, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at the American Legion Post 253, St. Rd. 13, North Webster, IN. Owen Family Funeral Home, Sty. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN is in charge of arrangements.

Preferred memorials may be given to the Greg Wiggs Funeral Fund, c/o Owen Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 72, North Webster, IN 46555. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
