Harvey D. Anderson, 81 of Warsaw, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 26, 2020 at Parkview Whitley Hospital.
He was born on April 21, 1939 in Pennsylvania, the son of Lloyd H. and Etta Jane (Cramer) Anderson. He spent his formative years near Latrobe, PA before moving to Warsaw in 1959. He worked for Gatke Corporation where he met Flossie Prater to whom he was wed on November 7, 1959.
When he was in better health, Harvey had enjoyed fishing, hunting and mushroom hunting; he liked anything that got him outdoors. A hard worker, he was a retired welder. He had a great love for his family and for the Lord and was a longtime member of God’s Highway to Heaven Church.
Survivors include wife, Flossie Anderson of Warsaw; son, Daniel (Charlotte) Anderson of Warsaw; daughters, Becky (Gary) Holloway of Warsaw and Patty (Jim) Loubert of Tippecanoe; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters. He was preceded in passing by an infant daughter, Virginia Anderson; his parents and four brothers.
Assisting the family is Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw where visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. At 11 o’clock, Pastor Bob Brown will officiate Harvey’s Life Celebration® service. Masks will be required for the gathering which is limited to 50 individuals at a time. Final interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
