Henrietta Myer (Wallen)

Henrietta Myer of Silver Lake, Indiana passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at 7:20 p.m. in Miller’s at Oak Pointe in Columbia City, Indiana.
Henrietta was born on December 4, 1945 in Watergap, Kentucky to Henry and Bessie (Hall) Wallen.
A resident of Silver Lake for the past eight years, Henrietta was a homemaker and caring mother.
She is survived by her two children – son: Larry Myer and daughter: Jean Myer, both of Silver Lake, Indiana; Father: Henry Wallen, Warsaw, Indiana; a sister: Frances Wallen, Terrell, Texas and a brother and sister-in-law: William (Sally) Wallen, Panama City, Florida.
Henrietta was preceded in passing by her mother: Bessie Wallen on December 18, 2013 and her brother: Donald Wallen on April 4, 2013.
Friends may join the family for a time of sharing Friday, December 18th from 1 - 2 PM at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
A service celebrating Henrietta’s life will follow beginning at 2 PM in the funeral home. Rev. Dean Ealey of Early Apostolic Bible Training Center will officiate. Burial will take place in Rose Hill Cemetery, Silver Lake, Indiana.
Gifts in Henrietta’s memory may be directed to a charity of choice or simple acts of kindness may be done for others in her memory.
