Henry M. "Mack" Lewis

Henry M. "Mack" Lewis Jr., 79, of North Webster, IN passed away at 5:04 a.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at University Nursing Center in Upland, IN. He was born on October 23, 1934 in Evansville, IN to Henry M. & Stella (Hunter) Lewis.

He graduated from Old Central High School in Evansville, IN and a United States Navy Veteran. He was married on September 20, 1991 in Henderson, KY to Bonnie (Landrum) Jones who preceded him on December 24, 2013.  He moved to the North Webster area 20+ years ago from Michigan and was formerly employed at Lance’s New Market in North Webster for 10+ years and was a former Lieutenant for Smith Security in Detroit, MI.

He was a member of the American Legion Post 253 in North Webster & V.F.W. in Evansville.

He is survived by:
5 Daughters – Claudia (Thomas Pickerill) Cissna of Pierceton, Cheryl Lewis of Evansville, Carla Lewis of Evansville, Christi (Craig) Bevins of Warsaw, & Juanita Cissna of Pierceton

13 Grand, Several Gt. Grand & 2 Gt. Gt. Grandsons

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son – Tony “Mack” Lewis & Gt. Gt. Granddaughter – Chloe Fetcher.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster. No public funeral services will be held.
