Irma Duron Hernandez

Irma Duron Hernandez, age 49 of Warsaw, passed away quietly in the presence of her family in her dear friend, Laura Mosqueda’s home on August 4, 2020.

Irma was born on June 20, 1971 in Aquascalientes, Mexico. She was the daughter of the late Francisco Duron Perez and Juana Hernandez Gonzalez. For more than twenty years she has made her home in Warsaw where she was employed by McDonald’s Corporation.

A selfless, hardworking woman, Irma was giving and often put other’s needs before her own. She was strong in her Catholic faith and always kept her church community as a priority in her life. She was a trusted confidant and counselor to her friends and family. She volunteered in the church, loved the Lord and the saints, and often helped in Sunday School. Comforted by worship music, Irma was a true servant to God’s work.

Irma was also an approachable person who always put family first. She loved her nieces and nephews as though they were her own. Those who survive with memories to cherish include sisters: Maria Del Refugio Duron Hernandez, Rosa Maria Duron Hernandez, Leticia Duron Hernandez and Maria De La Luz Duron Hernandez; brothers, Agapito Duron Hernandez and Isidro Duron Hernandez; nephews: Eduardo Duenas, Daniel Duenas, Luis Duenas and Juan SanRoman and nieces: Diana “Dee” Monroy and Gariela “Gabby” Monroy.

Visitors may join the family for a time of visitation on Monday, August 10, 2020 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street in Warsaw. A funeral Mass will follow in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Fr. Constantino Rocha celebrating. Final interment will take place in Mexico.

Irma nació el 20 de junio 1971 en Aguascalientes, México. Ella es la hija de el difunto Francisco Duron Pérez y Juana Hernández González. Por mas de veinte años ella ha hecho su hogar en Warsaw donde ella fue empleada por McDonald’s.

Una mujer generosa y muy trabajadora, Irma muchas veces puso las necesidades de otros antes de los de ella misma. Ella estaba fuerte en su fe católica y siempre mantuvo su comunidad religiosa como su prioridad en su vida. Ella era una amiga y consejera para sus amigos y familiares. Ella era voluntaria en la iglesia, amaba a Dios y a los santos y muchas veces ayudaba dar catecismo. Confortada por música religiosa, Irma era una verdadera servidora de la obra de Dios.

Irma era una persona que siempre ponía su familia primero. Ella amaba a sus sobrinas y sobrinos como si fuesen sus propios hijos. Aquellos que sobreviven con estas memorias para atesorar incluyen sus hermanas: María del Refugio Duron Hernández, Rosa María Duron Hernández, Leticia Duron Hernández y María de la Luz Duron Hernández; Hermanos, Apagito Duron Hernández y Isidro Duron Hernández; sobrinos: Eduardo Duenas, Daniel Duenas, Luis Duenas y Juan SanRoman y sobrinas: Diana Monroy y Gabby Monroy.

Visitantes podrán acompañar a la familia para un tiempo de visitación el lunes 10 de agosto 2020 de 2 a 5 p.m. en el Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan Street in Warsaw. Una misa funeraria seguirá en la Iglesia católica Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe con Fr. Constantino Rocha celebrando. Entierro final se llevará acabo en México.
