Jane P. Steeley

Jane P. Steeley, of Warsaw, passed away peacefully at Mason Health and Rehab on Thursday, September 29. 2022 at the age of 67.

Born in Holyoke, Massachusetts on November 30, 1954, she was the daughter of Cloyd Baker and Erma Morganstein (Coons). Jane was a devoted mother, spending her life raising her two children.

As the kindhearted women she was, Jane loved everyone and took them in with open arms. She also loved putting a smile on someone’s face by telling jokes. Her favorite thing to do was sing and dance, but her true joy in life was her three cats, Sadie, Wizzy and Gizzy.

Those who survive with broken hearts include her son, Daniel Zeringue and daughter, Patricia Zeringue; 6 grandchildren; sister, Edie Babcock; and brother, Bill Baker. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Susan Groves.

Titus Funeral Home and Cremation services is entrusted with the care of Jane. A graveside service at Lakeview Cemetery in Larwill, Indiana is pending.
