Infant Jase Allen Jacquay, 20 hours old, went to be with Jesus Monday, March 10, 2014 at 4:35 PM in Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Baby Jase was born March 9, 2014 in South Bend, Indiana to Earl and Katie (Fruit) Jacquay.
In addition to his mommy and daddy, Baby Jase is survived by 3 brothers: twin brother, Hunter, Maddox and Bayden; 2 sisters: Makayla and Hailey; paternal grandparents: Marcy and Earl Jacquay of North Webster, Indiana; maternal grandmother and step grandfather: Patty and Mark Smith of Pierceton, Indiana; and maternal grandfather: Rick Fruit of Michigan City, Indiana.
Private graveside services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with Pastor Bob Jarboe officiating.
The staff of Titus Funeral Home considers it a privilege to care for the family of Infant Jase Allen Jacquay.
