Obituary for
Jason Peterson
Jason “Mikey” Peterson passed away unexpectedly at 11:37 a.m. at his home in Warsaw on Sunday, March 25th. The funny, creative, father of two was 37 at the time of his death.
Jason was born on September 20, 1980 in Warsaw and had attended Whitko Schools. He worked for KGP Logistics and for Pierceton Welding as a metal fabricator.
Jason was known for his good sense of humor and his fun-loving personality. He enjoyed working on projects with his children, helping them with crafts, and fishing. Equally as creative as he was handy, Jason liked installing and working with various types of lighting; he liked working with Neon, LED and other such specialty lighting.
Those who survive with memories to treasure include his wife, Jessica Craft-Peterson of Silver Lake; two daughters, Zoey Peterson of Silver Lake and Kadence Peterson of Fort Wayne; parents, Larry and Lynne Rose of Akron; brother, Travis Rose of Arizona; sister, Heather Rose of Winona Lake and maternal grandfather, Thomas Sieron of Arizona.
He was preceded in passing by his paternal grandparents, Jacqueline and Leander Rose, Jr; maternal grandmother, Donna Carr and by two uncles, Randy and Stanley Rose.
Friends and family will join together for viewing on Thursday, March 29th from 4 to 7 p.m. at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. A funeral service celebrating Jason’s life will follow, beginning at 7 p.m. with Pastor Terry Bradford, First Freewill Baptist Church of Kosciusko County, officiating.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy be directed toward Jason’s final expenses, in care of Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw, IN 46580.
