Jeffrey Allen Bostic, known to most as "Jeff," passed away at home on Friday, May 12, 2023. He was 57 years old.
Jeff was born and raised in Kokomo, IN., but was a long-time resident of Walkerton, IN before building his dream home on Hoffman Lake. He was the son of the late Philip Bostic and Glenda (Wolfenbarger) Bostic who survives. He was a graduate of Northwestern High School, Kokomo and of Ivy Tech Community College where he earned an Associates Degree in Business.
Jeff was a hard worker. Professionally, he spent more than 23 years in sales with the Kellogg’s Company. Then he worked as a mail carrier for the US Postal Service covering the Nappanee area.
A fun-loving family man, he enjoyed time spent outdoors landscaping, caring for his flower beds and caring for the yard. He truly enjoyed time on the lake fishing, on the beach in Gulf Shores, AL, snorkeling, playing Euchre, and watching IU basketball games. He also enjoyed time spent coaching youth softball and never missed a game. More than anything, Jeff loved his family; he was incredibly proud of his kids and loved his grandchildren deeply - time spent with them was his favorite.
Jeff is survived by Natalie (VanVickle) Bostic to whom he was married on May 19, 1990. The pair met while working at the Wallmann’s Grocery Store and shared nearly 33 years together before his Friday passing. Also surviving with memories to cherish are four children: Eric (Monique) Judy of Wakarusa, Jamie Haag of Kokomo, Jessica (Brandon) Kulwicki of Auburn, and Jeffrey "JJ" Bostic of Bourbon; seven grandchildren: Kaydance, Abigail, Corbin, Jace, Jude, Jenna, and Everett; two siblings: Kim (Jeff) Catt and Kevin (Angie) Bostic - both of Kokomo and the beloved family dog, Daisy. He was preceded in passing by his father and grandparents.
