Jensen McDowell

Jensen Michael McDowell, beloved son of Jonathan and Amber McDowell, passed away unexpectedly at Kosciusko Community Hospital on Friday, June 24, 2022, at 8 months old.

He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana at Dupont Hospital on October 20, 2021.

Jensen loved jamming out to rock music, watching the Green Bay Packer football team, seeing himself in the mirror, playing with his sisters, and batting at his hanging toys. He shared a special bond with his twin sister, Addisyn. He loved “talking” to his grandpa on the phone about how they were going fishing. He was his dad’s mini-me and his smile lit up a room. He was here for such a short time but made a big impact on those who knew him. He will be truly missed and always loved.

Those who survive with his memories to cherish are his parents, Amber and Jonathan; his sisters, Ava and Annelise; his twin sister, Addisyn; his grandparents, John King, Diane King, Mike and Mary McDowell, Andrea Budzien and Mike Kemper; his great grandparents, Joan King, Virginia Hoover, Michael McDowell Sr. and Dorothy McDowell, Michael and Lesle O’Hare, and Mary Harrell. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles, and extended family. He is preceded in death by great grandfathers, Richard King Sr., Don Hoover, and Richard Harrell.

Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2000 E. Sheridan St. Warsaw, Indiana 46580, is entrusted with the care of Jensen. Friends and family may gather there on Friday July 1, 2022, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. The Life Celebration® service will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 1:00pm with the doors opening at 12:00 noon. Memorial gifts are appreciated to the family to assist with final funeral expenses.
